PurringEmail Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the PurringEmail program you agree to all terms and conditions
set forth in this agreement. PurringEmail may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete
portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its
members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with PurringEmail.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the PurringEmail program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding
acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local
governing laws.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT SIGNUPS FROM CHINA, INDIA, VIETNAM, SINGAPORE, NORTH OR SOUTH KOREA,IRAN, IRAQ, CUBA, TAIWAN, LAOS, CAMBODIA, RUSSIA, MALAYSIA OR IF YOUR COUNTRY IS NOT LISTED MAIL THROUGH CONTACT PAGE FOR APPROVAL TO JOIN. IF YOU DO NOT MAIL US YOU WILL BE DELETED!
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH TO BE A MEMBER
Reading tests and cheat links will be sent and set up in ptc sections. failing these tests may mean cancelation of account without further notice.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing PurringEmail account.
NO PROXY SERVER users. Any member using a proxy server will be deleted.
IF YOU DO NOT CLICK ANY PAID LINK FOR 20 DAYS AND YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT SET IN VACATION MODE THEN YOU WILL BE DELETED. VACATIONS MAY BE NO LONGER THAN 30 DAYS WITHOUT APPROVAL!
If your country is not listed below you are not allowed to have checked "Search" as an interest: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
If you are not from one of the above countries and found to be searching your account will be terminated with no notice!
You will use your email address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your PurringEmail account including authorization
by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by PurringEmail be detected it may result in member termination
and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation
email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.
You must
maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with PurringEmail. You agree
to receive e-mail advertising from PurringEmail. Limited to no more than (50) per day.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from PurringEmail, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Accounts using
auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Vacations may be set for as long as 30 days. Any longer than 30 days requires approval from the admin staff.
You must log back in from a vacation period winthin 7 days or your account may be terminated.
In the event you personally can not contact us due to illness or natural disasters, you may have someone on your behalf contact us.
CHEAT LINKS - TURING NUMBERS:
For every cheat link that you click, you will be debited $0.50 - $1.00. If you click 3 cheat links you will be deleted.
Bad turing numbers counter is being reset every month. If you click 30 bad turing numbers within a month you will be deleted.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and PurringEmail are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates
any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and PurringEmail. You understand that you do not have authority
to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of PurringEmail. You
may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment
of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
PurringEmail will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or PurringEmail program, even if PurringEmail has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, PurringEmail aggregate liability arising under
this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to
you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or
expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
PurringEmail. Members may earn by referring new members to the PurringEmail program. IN ORDER TO GET CREDITED FOR YOUR REFERRALS' EARNINGS, YOU MUST CLICK AT LEAST ONE PAID LINK EVERY 10 DAYS.
Members will
earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by PurringEmail. Members will be paid
via Paypal / eGold (15% fee). PurringEmail will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum
payout rate set by PurringEmail. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment.
Payments will be made within 60 days or a reasonable time after. Egold payments may take up to 90 days due to availability.
PAID TO PROMOTE:
In order to receive any credits for the ptp links you must either be an upgraded member or must click a miniumn of 30 links a month!
Any member not meeting this requirement will have the use of the ptp links removed and any earning will also be removed.
Admended August 18, 2006:
You must have at least 50% of your earnings in personal earnings, not from ptp or downline to be paid!
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your membership with PurringEmail and may result
in legal prosecution. PurringEmail strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal
crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be
held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident. PurringEmail may charge up to $5 per spam email
sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved
accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
PurringEmail will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
